The trick then is to take the title and try it in a regular web search. Hathitrust has this whole book for you to look at. It has lots of plans for fast boats and general info on the fast motors of 1930.
Some nice designers represented in the boat plans, Irgens, Atkins and other guys I don't remember...(Nedewick or something like that).
